Alfaville participated in this project during working drawings phase. Office building Budejovicka Alley was completed in the year 2005. Total space 11 589 m2, total office area 11 628 m2, average floor size 1 449 m2. Budejovicka Alley is located near the metro station with a direct connection to the highway D1, Prague ring road and to the city center.
